Las Diablillas

Directed by Yupi Segura

Las Diablillas (Little Devils) of Hondzonot, Quintana Roo, Mexico are a group of indigenous women who play softball. Through the sport, Mayan mothers, wives, daughters, and friends are reshaping communities for the next generation of Mexican women. This is a story of human perseverance.

In the spirit of creating physical extensions of our films, we commissioned the huipil artisans of Hodzonot that embroider the dresses for the Diablillas to create a 1:1 customized Chicago Cubs jersey for Mexican baseball player, Manuel Rodriguez, who hails from the Yucatan peninsula.

93MPH Tacos

Directed by Santiago Fábregas

Octavio Becerra was working at his uncle’s taqueria in Jalisco while he played in the local minor leagues. In just a few short years, the Los Angeles Dodgers took an interest and signed him. We traveled to Jalisco with Octavio as he worked his way up through the minor leagues, and took a deep dive into Mexico’s taco culture with a true insider.

Clemente X Siempre

Directed by Oswaldo Colón

Carlitos Skills and Don Rimx are two Puerto Rican street artists from different generations and backgrounds who came together and created a collaborative art piece in honor of Roberto Clemente. The life of the legendary Pirates player continues to resonate and influence younger generations on the island. In this story, we witness their collaboration to produce 'Héroe Latino,' a portrayal of Clemente, while also furthering the mission of his foundation to aid those in need.
